林區碼（Forest Zone Code）
FZC 為 Forest.tw 森域名第一層定位碼。

其中：
DDD＝三碼數字林區碼。
例如：
701.Forest.tw
600.Forest.tw
100.Forest.tw
FZC 可參考臺灣郵遞區號建立對應規則，但用途為 Forest.tw 森域名之區域識別，不作為官方郵遞用途。
第四章 Orange Cloud（橙雲）
Orange Cloud（OC）
橙雲為 Forest.tw 之智慧解析平台。
定位：
Orange Cloud = Forest Semantic Cloud
主要功能：
- Forest Smart Routing（FSR）
- AI解析
- Cloud Service
- API Gateway
- Digital Twin Gateway
- GIS Service

所有三碼林區碼皆由橙雲依規則解析。

V3.1 主要更新（2026/07/10）
相較於先前版本，本次新增了四項重要內容：
- 正式建立 FZC（Forest Zone Code）林區碼制度，以三碼數字前綴作為 Forest.tw 森域名第一層區域識別規範。
- 納入 Orange Cloud（橙雲），並定義其為 Forest Semantic Cloud，負責 Forest Smart Routing（FSR）與智慧解析服務。
- 建立 FSI（Forest Semantic Infrastructure） 作為整個 Forest.tw 生態系的總體名稱，統整 FDA、FSH、FZC、FNP、FSR、DTFS、FGF、FEL 等架構。
- 確立國際品牌識別：
- The Forest.tw Framework（品牌名稱）
- One Forest Domain, One Living World.（品牌標語）

這些新增內容讓《Forest.tw 白皮書 V3.1》從原本以森域名架構為主，進一步提升為兼具品牌、命名規範、智慧解析與數位孿生的整體方法框架。
